EVANKA is a company created in 2016 by a group of international partners with Ukrainian origin who had experience in the real estate development as well as on hotel management in Eastern Europe.

Our vision is to become an important player on the real estate development as well as the hospitality markets in the European Union in the next ten years. After taking the decision to internationalize the business, Berlin was chosen to start our expansion because of the attractiveness of the city, its booming real estate market and our long-time relationships with important German companies.
